Virtual OR In Home?
Both consultations happen the same way, with the same questions and flow to learn how we can support you and your pets. During a virtual consultation you will show us around and introduce your pets from your mobile device and the entire call is recorded. During an in home consultation you will show us around and we will record a 5-10minute video at the end. These recordings are for our team to review and “attend” the consultation, ensuring we all know everything we need to about your pets!
